The Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź is a public higher arts education institution in central Poland. It comprises four faculties: the Faculty of Creativity, Interpretation, Education and Music Production; the Faculty of Instrumental Performance; the Faculty of Performing Arts; and the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music. The Academy holds rights to conduct doctoral and habilitation proceedings in the field of musical arts, is a member of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires (AEC), and participates in international projects including the SPINAKER International Academy of Music programme co-funded by the European Union.
