The Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) is a flagship Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program funded by the Australian Government. Fees for Samoa citizens are subsidized by the Australian Government. Non-PIF international students pay full-fee rates invoiced in AUD equivalent.
