Overview
Banja Luka College (BLC) is an accredited private institute of higher education in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Founded as the first higher education institution in BiH to receive accreditation (2012/2013), BLC offers three- and four-year first-cycle academic programs (180–240 ECTS) in information technology, graphic design, business economics, entrepreneurship, logistics, occupational safety, journalism, hospitality management, and culture management. BLC applies Bologna Process principles, participates in the Erasmus+ programme, and issues internationally recognized diplomas. Teaching is conducted in hybrid format combining in-person and online instruction.

Domestic students
BAM 3,000 – BAM 3,500 / year
Tuition for both semesters (2026/27): 3,000 BAM payable in 12 monthly installments or bank credit. Transfer students: 3,500 BAM. Thesis defense: 100 BAM (includes certificate). Tuition includes enrollment materials, student booklet, exam applications and all literature. Students who completed all high school grades with an average of 5.0 are exempt from first semester tuition. Students from the same family have a tuition discount.
