Bath Spa University is a public university based in Bath, England, with origins in the Bath School of Art founded in 1852. It gained full university status in 2005 and is regulated by the Office for Students. The university operates two main campuses in Bath: the historic Newton Park campus and the modern Locksbrook campus. BSU is a certified Social Enterprise UK member and was named Sunday Times University of the Year for Social Inclusion 2024. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, teacher training and research degrees across creative arts, humanities, education, sciences, social sciences and business, serving students from over 85 countries.
