Overview
Eastern College Australia, formerly Tabor College Victoria, is a Christian tertiary education provider based in Wantirna in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. In 2018 it relocated to Melbourne School of Theology's Wantirna campus, entering a two-college, one-community relationship while remaining a separate institution. Eastern integrates biblical foundations, critical enquiry and professional preparation across vocational and higher education. Its catalog includes certificates, diplomas, graduate certificates, bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in education, counselling, arts and social science, Christian ministry and theology, language development, and transformational development. Courses use face-to-face, online or blended delivery according to the award. Admissions also identifies applied linguistics delivery at Kangaroo Ground and Master of Transformational Development delivery in Malaysia, Egypt and Uganda. The college describes a close-knit Christian community with accessible faculty, chapel services and prayer. Higher education awards are accredited with TEQSA; vocational provision is registered with ASQA.
