Overview
Fontys University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Eindhoven. It operates campuses across multiple Dutch cities including Tilburg and Venlo, offering more than 50 programmes at bachelor's, master's and associate degree level across fields including Business, Economics and Management; ICT and Software Engineering; Engineering and Natural Sciences; Health and Sports; Arts; Language and Communication; and Logistics. Fontys combines practice-oriented education with applied research, with students, teachers and researchers collaborating with businesses and governments to address societal challenges. With students from over 100 countries, Fontys fosters an international community. Programmes are accredited by NVAO and Fontys participates in Erasmus+.
