No general tuition fees for standard programs. All students pay a semester contribution (Semesterbeitrag); amounts vary by program and are listed on individual program pages. A second-degree fee (Zweitstudiengebühr) of 250 EUR per semester applies if the student already holds a degree at the same level (Bachelor or Master) in Germany, unless the program charges a higher fee. Some continuing education programs charge separate fees.
