International Slavic University "Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin" (MSU) is one of the largest private universities in the Republic of North Macedonia, founded in 2004. The university operates two campuses — in Sveti Nikole and Bitola — and offers undergraduate (3- and 4-year) and postgraduate (1- and 2-year) programs through four faculties: Faculty of Economics and Organisation of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Technical Sciences and Informatics, and Faculty of Legal Sciences.

Undergraduate tuition: 1850 EUR/year. Postgraduate tuition: 2230–2250 EUR/year. Payable in MKD equivalent. 10% discount for full upfront payment; up to 20% for eligible categories (athletes, family members, veterans). Maximum combined discount: 20%.
