Internationale Hochschule Liebenzell

Internationale Hochschule Liebenzell (IHL) is a private, non-profit Christian University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften) located in Bad Liebenzell, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Operated by Liebenzeller Mission gGmbH, IHL combines evangelical theology with intercultural competence and offers state-recognised Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees. Programs include B.A. Evangelische Theologie, B.A. Theologie/Deutsch (teacher education), B.A. Theology/Development Studies (English-language), B.A. Theologie/Pädagogik im interkulturellen Kontext, B.A. Theologie/Soziale Arbeit im interkulturellen Kontext, M.A. Evangelische Theologie, and M.A. Theologie – Gemeinde – Weltchristenheit. The campus is situated on the Missionsberg in Bad Liebenzell, approximately 20 km south of Pforzheim on the edge of the Northern Black Forest Nature Park. IHL shares its campus with Liebenzell Mission, an international mission organisation active in 22 countries. Students benefit from on-campus housing, a library of approximately 38,000 volumes, mentoring, and an international mobility office. Around half of students gain intercultural experience abroad.
