Overview

Kolping College (VšĮ Kolpingo kolegija) is a private non-profit higher education institution situated at Raguvos g. 7 in central Kaunas, Lithuania. Established in 2001 as a member institution of the international Kolping Society, the college is grounded in Christian social teaching and emphasises the holistic development of each student. It holds institutional accreditation from Lithuania's Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC), most recently renewed in May 2022 and valid until May 2029. The college offers five first-cycle study programmes leading to a professional bachelor degree: Sustainable Business Management, Accounting and Sustainable Finance, Social Work Management, Transport Logistics, and Child Welfare and Social Security. Students may choose full-time study (nuolatinės, 3 years), part-time study (ištęstinės, 4 years), or part-time distance study (ištęstinės nuotolinės, 4 years). Admission is conducted via the centralised LAMA BPO system or through direct admission at the college. The college operates two academic centres: the Social Welfare Centre and the Economics and Business Centre. A range of scholarships is available, including the Founder's Study Scholarship, the One-time Incentive Scholarship, the Dieter Fischer Named Scholarship, the Personal Sponsor Scholarship, and state social scholarships administered by the State Studies Fund. Kolping College participates in the Erasmus+ programme (charter 2021–2027, code LT KAUNAS11) and has partnership agreements with institutions across Europe. Students also have access to international internship placements through the global Kolping network spanning 61 countries.
