National University 'Odessa Maritime Academy' (NUOMA) is a public higher education institution in Odesa, Ukraine, founded in 1944 as the Odessa Higher Maritime School. It is the leading Ukrainian university for maritime education, offering bachelor's, master's and PhD programs in navigation, marine engineering, automation, maritime law, management and software engineering.
