Overview
The Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana, a founding member of the university in 1919, is the largest and oldest law school in Slovenia. It moved to new facilities at Poljanski nasip 2 in 2000, offering an excellent environment for both study and work. The Faculty employs more than seventy internationally active faculty members and researchers and houses Slovenia's leading law library. Study follows modern teaching methods and offers a broad selection of elective courses, as well as extracurricular activities such as moot court competitions, language courses, and summer schools.

Doctoral program in Law (4 years): total EUR 16,000 (Year 1: EUR 6,600; Year 2: EUR 4,000; Year 3: EUR 2,400; Year 4: EUR 3,000). Interdisciplinary Doctoral program in Environmental Protection (4 years): total EUR 15,200 (EUR 3,800 per year). Undergraduate and master's programs are publicly funded for full-time students; fees for part-time (izredni) students are set annually by the University of Ljubljana.
