Overview
South Europe College (SEC) was founded in 2022 by Dr. Abdulrahman Almohaimeed as part of the Everyone's Smart University Holding Group, with its main office at 217 Strait Street, Valletta, Malta. The college launched its first master's degree programs in fall 2023. All programs are fully online, delivered through a virtual learning environment (Moodle LMS and Zoom), and accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) under Licence Number 2023-012 at MQF/EQF Level 7 (90 ECTS). SEC offers a range of master's programs in business administration, management, project management, information technology, digital media and marketing, and human resources management, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration. Instruction is in English and programs cater to students worldwide. The college also offers partial scholarships to qualified EU and non-EU students.

Tuition is €750 per semester for all master's programs (3 semesters full-time = €2,250 total; 6 semesters part-time = €4,500 total). Partial scholarships of 25% or 50% are available for qualified EU and non-EU students.
