USTP – University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten (Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften St. Pölten GmbH) is a public university of applied sciences in St. Pölten, Lower Austria, Austria. Previously known as Fachhochschule St. Pölten GmbH, the institution operates from its campus at Campus-Platz 1, A-3100 St. Pölten. It enrols more than 4,000 students in a wide range of Bachelor and Master programs taught primarily in German, with several English-language programs, across nine thematic areas: Media, Digital Technologies, Communication, Management, Computer Science & AI, Security, Railway Technology, Health Sciences, and Social Work. The university is research-active and leads the European University Alliance E³UDRES² together with eight partner universities from across Europe. In 2025 USTP received the Global Student Satisfaction Award in the category Quality of Student Life.
