Hipolit Cegielski State Academy of Applied Sciences in Gniezno

The Hipolit Cegielski Academy of Applied Sciences in Gniezno is a public university that has been educating students for over 20 years in the fields of technical, medical, and security sciences. Its origins date back to 1993 when the Poznań University of Technology began conducting engineering studies in Gniezno. Following the 1997 Vocational Higher Education Act, an independent State Higher Vocational School was established in 2004, which transformed into the current Academy of Applied Sciences on May 1, 2022. The institution is known for its practical approach to learning, preparing students for real-world professional applications. It maintains modern infrastructure, including specialized laboratories and nursing skills labs. The academy is recognized for its potential and is part of the Didactic Excellence Initiative.
