Overview

Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași (TUIASI) is a Romanian public technical university with more than two centuries of tradition in engineering education. Ranked among Romania's top technical institutions in the advanced research and education category, TUIASI comprises 11 faculties offering over 60 bachelor specialisations, 75 master programmes and 19 doctoral fields. The university's Tudor Vladimirescu student campus is the largest in Romania, with 7,660 dormitory places. TUIASI is a member of the INGENIUM European University Alliance and maintains over 100 Erasmus+ agreements.

International students

Domestic students

RON 4,500 / year

Domestic/EU fee-paying students: 4,500 RON/year for both bachelor and master programmes. State-funded (budget) places are free. Non-EU international students: approx. 270 EUR/month for technical programmes, 350 EUR/month for Architecture, or 2,800 EUR/year for Telecommunication Systems and Technologies (bachelor). Application fee for non-EU candidates: 80 EUR (non-refundable).
