Overview
University for the Creative Arts (UCA) is a specialist creative arts university in the United Kingdom, with campuses in Farnham, Canterbury, Epsom, and Maidstone TV Studios. Founded in 2005 through the merger of predecessor institutions with roots going back over 160 years, UCA offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees across creative disciplines including Architecture, Crafts, Fashion, Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Art, Photography, Film, Animation, Business and the Performing Arts. The university is home to students from more than 90 countries and offers dedicated international student support including visa guidance, English pre-sessional courses and an international admissions team. UCA has ranked highly for teaching quality and social inclusion in UK university league tables, and its graduates include Oscar-winning filmmakers, world-renowned fashion designers and Turner Prize nominees. The university also operates the Institute of Creativity and Innovation in Xiamen, China, and has an on-campus television production facility at Maidstone Studios.
